Understanding your dashboard

Your dashboard is the home for orders, hosting, and renewals after you sign in.
Overview
The main dashboard page summarizes active hosting and highlights items that need attention, such as expiring plans or orders still in setup.
Order history
Order history lists every purchase. Open an order to see:
- Line items and amounts
- Payment and discount details
- Provisioning task progress
- Links to manage hosting when it is available
My hosting
From the dashboard you can open My hosting to manage active sites — files, logs, backups, and stack-specific tools depending on your product. Hosting controls are only available after setup is complete and while your plan is active.
Renewals
When a hosting plan is nearing expiry, renewal options appear on the dashboard and on the order detail page. See Renewing your hosting plan.
Buying more services
Browse additional products on the services page. Checkout works the same way as your first order.
