Privacy Policy

Last updated for Everything Cloud.

Who we are

This policy describes how we handle personal information when you use Everything Cloud and related services (the “Services”).

Information we collect

  • Account data: When you sign in, our authentication provider (Clerk) processes identifiers such as your email address and session data. We store your account association in our database as needed to operate the Services.
  • Order and provisioning data: Domain names you submit, selected services, order history, amounts, and the status of provisioning tasks are stored to fulfill your order and communicate progress.
  • Payment data: Payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive payment confirmation and metadata needed to reconcile orders; we do not store full card or UPI details on our servers.
  • Technical data: Standard server and application logs may include IP address, device/browser hints, and timestamps for security and debugging.

How we use information

We use personal information to authenticate you, process purchases, record orders, coordinate manual provisioning, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, and protect the security and integrity of the Services.

Service providers

We rely on third parties that process data on our behalf, including Clerk (authentication), Razorpay (payments), and our hosting and database providers. Their use of your information is governed by their respective privacy policies and our agreements with them.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. Retention periods may be updated as our operations evolve.

Your choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object to processing. To exercise these rights or ask questions, contact us using the details on our Contact page.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data in jurisdictions other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards as described in contracts and applicable law.
