Agreement
By accessing or using Everything Cloud (the “Site”) or purchasing services through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Services
Everything Cloud offers domain, SSL, email, and stack-specific hosting services for Docker apps, WordPress sites, and PHP/static projects. Fulfillment is performed by our team after payment, with provisioning status shown in your dashboard. Timelines depend on workload and third-party registrar, DNS, email, and infrastructure providers. We do not guarantee instantaneous delivery unless separately agreed in writing.
Account
You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Payment
Checkout is processed by Razorpay in INR. You authorize us and Razorpay to charge your selected billing option, including one-time orders, annual subscriptions, or eligible renewals. Prices and taxes, if any, are presented before you complete payment.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Services for unlawful activity, to infringe others’ rights, to distribute malware, or to abuse our staff or systems. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowable.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific order giving rise to the claim during the six (6) months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. Material changes may require additional notice where required by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.
