Provisioning time depends on workload, the products in your order, and third-party providers such as registrars, DNS, email, and infrastructure services.
What affects timing
- Domains — registration or transfer with an external registrar can take from minutes to several days.
- Hosting — stack setup and review typically complete within business hours once payment is confirmed; complex orders may take longer.
- SSL — often follows DNS propagation; your site must resolve correctly before a certificate can issue.
- Email hosting — mailbox and DNS record setup may wait on domain readiness.
How to track progress
Open your dashboard and view the order detail page. Each provisioning task shows its current status. This is the most accurate place to check progress — it updates as our team completes work.
When to contact support
Reach out if a task has not moved for several business days, or if you received a payment confirmation but see no order. Include your order ID and domain name. See How to contact support.
