When hosting controls become available

Hosting management features in your dashboard unlock only after our team has reviewed and completed initial provisioning for your order. Until then, you can still track order and task status.

Why controls are locked

New hosting orders go through reviewed setup: server binding, stack configuration, DNS where applicable, and verification that the site is ready. Customer-facing controls such as file access, deployments, and stack tools are enabled once that work is done.

What you can do while waiting

• View provisioning task status on your order page
• Contact support if you have urgent questions
• Read How long provisioning takes for typical timelines

After unlock

When hosting is active, open My hosting from the sidebar or dashboard to manage your site. If your plan expires without renewal, controls may be restricted again until the plan is renewed.

Renewals and expiry

An expiring or expired plan can limit what you can do in the dashboard even if hosting was previously active. Renew from your order page before the expiry date when possible.
